LTC Cecil H. Brunson USAF (Ret.)

()Memphis native, Brunson was commissioned through Air Force ROTC, became a Weapons System Officer in the F-4 Phanton II. He was forced to eject from an F-4E over North Viet Nam and became a POW. Following his active duty he joined the Tennessee Air National Guard at Memphis flying C-130 with the 164th Tactical Airlift Group. Col. Brunson earned the Silver Star for gallantry.
