Joseph Clemens Hawkins

()Joe Hawkins made aviation history in Tennessee in 2005 when he was chosen Tennessee’s Aviation Maintenance Technician of the Year, followed by selection as the FAA Southern Region AMT of the Year and then in 2006 the coveted National Aviation Maintenance of the Year, the first Tennessean to ever earn this award.
