Sarah Kelly Arnold

()Sarah Arnold has won six regional soaring competitions, set three U.S. records and 11 Feminine Category records. She became the first woman to represent the U.S. in a world soaring competition and was the U.S. Sports Class National Champion. Sarah competed with the U.S. Team in the 32nd World Gliding Championships in Argentina and also in the 7th FAI Women’s World Gliding Championships in France; the first U.S. pilot to enter this competition. In 2017 participating in the 9th FAI Women’s World Gliding Championships in Czechoslovakia, she won a silver medal for team USA; the first since 1987.
